MA Organic Farm cultivates mushrooms the slow, deliberate way — clean growing rooms, no shortcuts, harvested at their peak and sent to you within hours, not days.
MA Organic Farm began as a family's answer to a simple question: why should healthy food be complicated? We chose mushrooms first because they reward exactly the kind of care small farms can give — precise humidity, clean substrate, and a grower who checks on them every single day.
It's a start, not the whole story. As the farm grows, so will what leaves it — more crops, same standard, nothing rushed to market before it's ready.
Before it was a website, it was paper — pressed cream stock, foiled gold type, a tree grown out of our own initials. Everything here carries that same restraint online.
Every batch is grown in a controlled environment built for one purpose — flavour and nutrition, with nothing added and nothing rushed.
Hand‑picked at peak ripeness, graded for size and firmness before they ever reach a crate.
Naturally rich in protein and fibre, low in fat — food that works for the body, not against it.
Substrate sourced locally, water use kept low, and waste returned to the soil — not landfills.
Three unhurried stages stand between a spore and your table. We don't skip any of them.
Sterilised substrate is inoculated in a clean room and left to colonise fully before it sees any light.
Temperature and humidity are held steady by hand — checked morning and night, every day of the cycle.
Picked at first light when they're firmest, then packed and moved out the same day.
Whether you're a home cook, a restaurant, or a retailer — we'd like to hear what you're looking for.
